Congressional Capital provided the Borrower with financing for the acquisition of this lot and the ground up construction of a new single family home located in Chevy Chase, Maryland.  The Borrower did a great job maximizing what was built on this lot in a tremendous area.  

 

The Borrower tore down the existing house on the Property and completed a new foundation, groundwork, and basement slab, framed the house, installed all of the mechanicals, electrical and plumbing and is ready to start installing the drywall. Along with the new foundation, new hardwood floors, stainless steel Viking and Wolf appliances, marble countertops and other high-end finishes were added. The Property also has a two-car garage.
