About this Project

Congressional Capital provided our Borrower with financing for the acquisition of this lot and the ground up construction of a new single family home located in the upper northwest neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Our borrower did a tremendous job building a beautiful home with exquisite finishes.  

The Borrowers constructed 7,034 square feet of living space on 4 levels, with six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, an elevator, a gym, an office, an endless swimming pool in the backyard, two first floor decks and third floor rooftop deck, and a garage for two vehicles. 

 

The Property is roughly 1 mile away from the Van Ness-UDC metro station with access to the Red Line, located on Connecticut Avenue NW.
