Congressional Capital, LLC provided the Borrower with an acquisition and construction loan at the very beginning of the pandemic when other lenders were pulling out of the market and leaving their borrowers hanging.  The Borrower executed a very successful development of the property into 4 condominium units.  

The borrower installed all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as luxury finishes including new hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and other high-end finishes that are typically seen throughout luxury properties in the Trinidad neighborhood of Washington DC.
