Congressional Capital, LLC provided $4.718 million to refinance this property located in the popular Columbia Heights neighborhood. The 20 contemporary apartments at this location range from studios to 2 bedroom condos and have modern features such as hickory floors and Ceaserstone countertops.
3819 Georgia Ave, NW
Congressional Capital, LLC loaned the Borrower the funds to acquire and develop the property into a mixed use commercial and residential project with ground floor commercial and four residential condominium units. The Borrower successfully executed this deal and sold the condominium units at the Property.
2803 Chesapeake St, NW
Congressional Capital, LLC loaned the Borrower $2.625M to refinance this ground-up single-family construction. The Borrower completed and sold this beautiful home in 2018 for $3.7M, paying off the loan. The breathtaking interior, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sauna need no introduction.

Congressional Capital, LLC loaned the Borrower the funds for the acquisition and renovation of this Property and the Borrower did a beautful renovation of this single-family home that sold for more than $1.4M.

Congressional Capital, LLC has provided a series of loans totalling more than $6 million to refinance three shopping centers in Prince George's County, Maryland and Fairfax County, Virginia. We are actively pursuing more commercial loans.
